Greenhouse Construction Coordinator
  • Assist and review with booking equipment needed for each job and book equipment for the crews or subcontractors. Review the scheduling, shipping and installation of all greenhouse hardware.
  • Monitor project schedules to ensure they are on track, within budget and allocated the necessary resources required to meet deadlines.
  • Work with project managers and sales teams to organize and review installations.Prepare contracts for subcontractors for the greenhouse lines.
  • Be in charge of a project. Assist with customer service calls as needed. Keep in touch with customers. Manage and coordinate schedules for repairs or rework.
  • Serve as a liaison between the sales team, manufacturing clerical, design, purchasing and other managers.
  • Take actions to deal with the results of delays, bad weather, or emergencies at construction site. Travel and accommodation once per two months for a couple of days (fully reimbursed).

Knowledges, Skills, & Abilities:

  • No degree required.
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in a role supporting construction related projects preferred. Only applicants with at least 3 greenhouse construction project supervised will be considered.
  • Microsoft Office experience required
  • Knowledge of construction requirements and methodologies. Knowledge of safety policies and regulations
  • Ability to read and follow complex instructions and read blueprints and schematics
  • Ability to define and solve specific customer problems associated with installation
  • Manage multiple, complex activities, and supervise the work of others.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills required.
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
  • Ability to confer with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, and construction problems, representing the stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Must be able to read a tape measure.

  • Collaboration:
    Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to understand data needs and support the creation of business intelligence and optimization tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in data extraction, web scraping, and API integration.
  • Strong understanding of ETL processes and data pipelines.
  • Proficiency with data manipulation tools such as Excel (pivot tables) and SQL for working with large datasets.
  • Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and automation.
  • Familiarity with machine learning and AI optimization models is a plus.
  • Experience with data storage solutions (e.g., SQL databases, NoSQL, or cloud-based data warehouses).
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
